Xhaholli
Niko Xhaholli has been fascinated with real estate for as long as he can remember. Yet, it was his own personal negative experience with an agent that transformed that fascination into a burning passion. Wanting to make sure people didn't receive the same poor treatment he'd received, Niko vowed to uphold a transparency, respect, and wealth of knowledge he found crucial in real estate. When he heard of JohnHart’s mission to “redefine real estate”, it spoke volumes to him. After all, it had already been his personal mission for years.
Niko was born in Albania but moved to Greece at age 15. Over a decade later, he made the jump to the U.S., spending a few years in Massachusetts before finally settling in Las Vegas. During that time, he primarily worked as a general contractor while carefully honing his customer service skills. Niko’s always been a people person and is frequently cited as the soul of a party, making the rounds to make sure everyone is having a great time. He brings that same energy to real estate as he services the greater Las Vegas area. Niko loves patiently guiding his clients through a full transaction. When you work with Niko, you can count on an expert agent who fully devotes himself to your goals and needs.
Niko’s naturally inquisitive nature finds him inspired to create in his downtime. He loves building and construction and regularly takes on repairs or upgrades that others find challenging. For him, it’s just another opportunity to learn and grow. He also cherishes every moment he gets to spend with his family and friends, especially when it involves immersing himself in the great outdoors.
